Material Handling and Packaging Systems

In an ongoing effort to supply our customers with the latest available technology for their material handling and packaging systems needs, Metro Automation has opened its latest division: Material Handling and Packaging Systems (MHPS). Any application requirement can be satisfied through our new division and parent company, which now offer Material Handling, Packaging Systems, Product Identification, Processing Machinery, and Packaging Supplies to clients with applications that do not require custom built systems.

MHPS has contracted with 20 manufacturers in the United States and Europe to represent their product lines exclusively throughout the 5 state territory of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Northern Mexico. These manufactures are considered to be among the best in the world for their particular product lines.

Turnkey applications are a large part of our sales efforts. We have the facility to bring in and assemble a full packaging line for client inspection and buyoff. The advantage of using MHPS is that we can offer existing machinery designs, and if necessary, build on an existing machine platform to fit your specific needs.

If your application requires a type of machine that we do not represent, we can also source and sell a machine to you with no additional markup of price due to our OEM discounts. We have reciprocal sales agreements with dozens of companies to cover most any packaging, processing, and/or product identification application you might have.

Through our many manufacturers, we also have demo capabilities, in most cases, where we can ship-in an existing machine for demonstration, when necessary.

Technical Support
To save money on technical support, your company can rely upon us to be available when needed. No longer is it necessary to pay for a technician to fly from the East or West Coast to provide support or install your machines. This added benefit in doing business with Metro Automation and our new division can save your company thousands of dollars in airfare costs alone.

Preventive Maintenance
We also offer Preventative Maintenance contracts for the machines that we manufacturer and sell as exclusive representatives. These PM contracts can also save your company thousands of dollars when your machines have passed their warranty periods.

Used Machinery Sales
Material Handling and Packaging Systems also offers sales of used and rebuilt machinery.
We have direct sources of used machinery throughout the country and Europe. We also purchase used machinery that your company may have outgrown and needs replacement with one of our newer products. We also have consignment sales available for companies seeking the highest available profit on their used machinery. We sell your used machinery under contract for an agreed upon percentage and seek the best offer within our extensive client base.
