ManuFlex 2000™
As a complimentary product line to the AutoFlex 2000™ , Metro Automation also offers the ManuFlex 2000™ product line providing the same accuracy of parts placement. This cost-driven solution comes with or without the Flex Core . Without the Flex Core present, the cell requires manual parts loading. Although Flex Feeding may be interchanged for an operator, complex parts can be fed through guided nests. This provides the operator with a tool for consistent parts placement which is ideal where consistent quality is crucial, but the Return on Investment (ROI) for a fully automated cell is not present.
