Flex Feeding

Parts feeding is one of the most crucial elements in an automated assembly solution. Parts must be presented at a rate which is faster than the pulse rate of the AutoFlex 2000™ itself. Along with the speed of the presentation and orientation, the accuracy of the part placement is critical. This accuracy is instrumental in maintaining a consistent final parts transfer onto the assembly conveyor. Due to the complexity of part feeding, Metro Automation provides a variety of part feeding options, all of which integrate easily with the Flex Core . All of the various Flex Feeding options are designed to be integrated into the Flex Core Product. The Flex Core has all the associated controls hardware and software as well as space allocations to support any of the optional feeding systems. All feeding systems are powered by the Flex Core.
