Automotive Seatbelt Retractor Pin Press Station
The Pin Press Station automatically fastens spring and sensor covers to retractor assemblies. Only one operator is required to load and unload the retractor assembly.
The table is welded steel tubing, powder coated to your company's color specification. The table has an approximate footprint of 20" x 28" and features heavy-duty leveling feet and casters. All steel wear surfaces are hardened for durability.
An operator activated optical switch initiates each cycle.
Each Pin Press includes an operator control panel with on/off key, reset, rework and model select switches. The panel also includes an E-Stop and status lights.
A PLC controller is used for machine control. All wires and I/O are numbered and labeled for easier maintenance.
