End of Line Automotive Seatbelt Retractor Assembly Tester
The Metro End-of-line Retractor Assembly Tester (EOL Tester) automatically tests a completed retractor assembly.
Only one operator is required to load and unload the retractor assembly.Parts are stamped with an acceptance mark if they pass all tests. The test sequence can be modified to meet your requirements. The test sequence and test parameters can be modified at the front panel. A password system prevents unauthorized changes.
The EOL Tester has a small footprint and can be supplied to work beside or over a product conveyor.
The EOL Tester works well in a short-run environment. Tooling is easy to change. Model changeover can be accomplished in less than five minutes.
The EOL Tester is operator-friendly. All machine functions are accessed through a menu interface. Text messages indicate the current machine and test status. Menus and messages are always available in English and Spanish. A light stack and alarm horn indicate machine status.
