Clearview
The Clearview is a computer controlled inspection machine that uses an x,y,z axis system in conjunction with a specialized camera to automatically inspect DMD™ windows for glass particles inside (GPI) and glass particles outside (GPO). This process substantially reduces the number of bad windows attached to good die. The Clearview is capable of screening out optical imperfections as small as 18 microns.
